Is it really worth it?

As a new mom, I struggled to know what baby products and toys to buy.  There are so many factors to consider – is it worth the price, how much space does it take up, how long will my baby use it? I often fell in to the trap of getting a certain toy because other moms had it or because I saw it advertised or displayed in a store without really knowing how it would fit into my baby’s playtime. Now that my baby is 10 months old I am starting to learn that there are certain toys that fit her personality or interests, certain toys that help motor and cognitive development and certain products that are just a complete waste of time and money.
